Is there an expiry date for incense?

Incense does not have a specific expiry date. In Bhutan, it is believed that wine, tea, and Incense become finer overtime, thus older an incense is better the quality. However, it should be stored properly away from direct sunlight and moisture to retain its fragrance and effectiveness.

The size of incense sticks can vary slightly due to practicing the traditional method of hand-rolling processes. This variation is normal and does not affect the quality or effectiveness of the incense.
